Ahmed Mohamed

Managing Partner

Ahmed leverages more than 20 years of extensive financial, strategy, & transformation experience  throughout  the  transport  and  maritime  sector.   Providing  value through project investment analysis, financial modelling, contract negotiations, risk management, and financial consulting.

Ahmed has had extensive experience providing strategy, financial , economic, and management consultancy in the maritime and related multi-modal industries.  He has worked closely with key partners within the industry  and can offer objective advice on financial due diligence and project financial appraisals.

Delivering integrated advice on all aspects of domestic and international maritime transactions to banks, financial institutions, private investors, owners and , governments and governmental agencies, his knowledge and expertise on a commercial approach, attract wide respect throughout the industry.

Ahmed is currently a managing partner on USFAAF’S executive team shaping long- term strategies.   He leads USFAAF’s Public Company Services (SEC) practice and regional Manufacturing and Distribution

Prior to joining USFAAF, Ahmed assisted the Financial Accounting Standards Board in the development and implementation of various accounting standards. As a financial executive, he has spent more than 10 years in senior audit positions with Big Four international accounting firms in USA. Past leadership roles included leading the venture capital practices for the Minnesota Region of the Big Four firm, as well as serving as an expert consultant on stock-based compensation.
